The information about the particular programme, including its name, dates, duration, price, payment options, what is included and any programme-specific conditions, is provided on the relevant programme sales page and/or checkout.

By completing the online checkout and submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the programme. The contract is concluded when we accept your order, ordinarily by sending you an order or purchase confirmation by email.

These Terms & Conditions form part of that contract.

Before completing your purchase, you will be given the opportunity to read these Terms & Conditions.

By checking the relevant box in the checkout confirming that you agree to these Terms & Conditions and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

2. Training Services

2.1 Overview

The precise content and structure of each programme will vary and will be described on the relevant sales page and/or checkout.

Depending on the programme, this may include:

  • live group sessions conducted online;
  • teaching and educational material;
  • experiential or embodiment practices;
  • digital programme materials;
  • session recordings;
  • access to an online community or group;
  • other elements specifically described on the relevant programme sales page.

The programme details displayed at the time of purchase form part of our agreement with you.

Where a programme includes live sessions, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable internet connection; a sufficiently private and appropriate environment for participation; any other equipment specifically identified as necessary for the programme.

2.2 Membership Services

The monthly membership provides ongoing access to a group-based learning and development space. During each paid membership period, membership includes:

two live online group calls per membership month; access to a digital resource library containing selected workshops, recordings of previous live calls, teaching materials, exercises and other educational resources; and access to additional resources and materials that may be added to the library from time to time.

The dates, times and format of live calls will be communicated to members in advance and is subject to change. The content and themes of the calls may vary. We may make reasonable changes to the schedule or format where necessary.

If a scheduled call needs to be changed or cancelled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify members and, where appropriate, reschedule it or provide an alternative. The membership does not guarantee that a particular topic, speaker or resource will be available on a particular date.

Where a member is unable to attend a live call, a recording may be made available where appropriate and subject to the applicable recording and privacy arrangements. Recordings are not guaranteed for every call.

Membership is personal and non-transferable. Members may not share login details or provide access to the membership library to other individuals. Access to the membership library and its contents is provided only for the duration of an active, paid membership.

2.3 Changes To Programme Content

We may make reasonable changes to the programme content, structure, speakers, session dates or delivery arrangements where this is necessary or reasonably appropriate, provided that the programme continues to substantially correspond to what was offered at the time of purchase.

Where reasonably possible, we will notify participants in advance of significant changes. If circumstances require us to change a live session, we may reschedule the session or, where appropriate, provide an alternative form of delivery.

2.4 Recording Of Participants

Live group sessions may include participant interaction. Where a session is recorded, participants will be informed that recording is taking place. You may choose not to appear on camera where the programme format permits this. If you speak during a recorded session, your voice and contribution may form part of the recording made available to programme participants.

2.5 Participant Conduct

Our programmes are delivered in a group environment. We expect participants to treat other participants with respect and discretion.

You agree:

  • to respect the privacy and personal boundaries of other participants;
  •  to respect the confidentiality of other participants and not to disclose or share personal information, stories or experiences that another participant shares within the programme.
  • to use your own judgement about what personal or sensitive information you choose to share in a group setting.
  • not to harass, threaten or discriminate against another participant;
  • not to record other participants independently;
  • not to use the programme as an opportunity to solicit or sell products or services to other participants without their consent; and
  • to follow reasonable instructions relating to the operation of the programme and its online community.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a participant's access to a programme where the participant engages in serious or repeated behaviour that materially disrupts the programme or materially breaches these Terms.

Where we terminate participation for such reasons, this does not affect any rights you may have under mandatory applicable law.

3. Self-Paced Training Courses

3.1 Overview

We offer self-paced training courses available to purchase online from our external platform, kajabi.com .  The training courses provide self-paced learning on topics such as embodied movement practices more.

3.2 Content

Each training course includes a combination of

  • Video lessons that explains the topic in detail
  • Downloadable resources such as worksheets, guides and self-enquiry prompts.
  • Guided audio meditations and experiences
  • Playlists to move to.

3.3 Payment

Upon purchasing an online training course you will get immediate access to the content via our external platform kajabi.com

You can access the materials from any device with an internet connection. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary technology to access the content.

4. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether particular exercises, practices or activities are appropriate for you and for participating within your own limits. You should stop participating in any exercise or practice that causes you discomfort, distress or concern.

Where a programme includes physical, movement, breath, embodiment or other experiential practices, you participate according to your own circumstances and capabilities.

The programme is not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, psychotherapy or other healthcare services. We do not diagnose, treat or cure medical or psychological conditions through the programme.

If you have concerns about whether participation in a particular practice is appropriate for you, you should obtain appropriate professional advice before participating.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We provide the programme with reasonable care and skill. However, individual results will vary.

We do not guarantee that participation in a programme will result in any particular personal, professional, financial, business or other outcome.

Any examples of results or experiences shared in our marketing materials are examples only and are not a guarantee of what you will experience. Your results depend on many factors, including your circumstances, decisions, actions and participation.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Programme and membership prices

The price payable for a programme, course or membership is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable taxes and charges required to be included in the displayed consumer price.  We do not charge VAT under the Austrian Small Business Regulations.

6.2 Payment

Payment may be made using the payment methods made available through the online checkout.

Where you select an installment payment option, you agree to pay all installments according to the payment schedule presented at the time of purchase.

6.3 Monthly Membership Subscription and Automatic Renewal

 The membership is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By purchasing the membership, you expressly agree to the recurring monthly payment of the membership fee using your selected payment method. The first payment is due at the time of purchase. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on the corresponding calendar date of each following month, based on your original sign-up date. If a month does not contain that calendar date, the billing date will be the last calendar day of that month. Each payment covers one membership billing period beginning on the payment date and ending immediately before the next scheduled billing date. The membership renews automatically for successive monthly billing periods until you cancel it. There is no minimum membership term unless the relevant sales page expressly states otherwise.

6.4 Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time, without providing a reason and without any minimum commitment period. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals and payments. When you cancel, your membership remains active and paid access continues until the end of your current paid membership billing period. During that time, you retain access to the membership benefits, including the live group calls and the digital resource library, subject to the usual programme arrangements.

At the end of the paid billing period, your membership expires and your access to the live membership calls, recordings, workshops, resource library and other membership materials ends. No further membership fees will be charged after cancellation. Cancellation does not shorten the current paid billing period. Unless required by applicable law, payments already made for the current billing period are not refunded merely because you choose not to use the membership. This does not affect statutory withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights.

6.5 Changes to Membership Fees

 If we propose to change the monthly membership fee, we will communicate the change to you in advance and before it takes effect. A fee change will not be applied retrospectively to a billing period already paid for. Where required by applicable law, or where the change materially affects your contract, you may cancel before the new fee takes effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you should cancel before the first billing date on which the new price would apply.

 6.6 Failed payments

If a payment fails or becomes overdue, we may contact you to request payment.

Where payment remains overdue, we may suspend access to the programme until payment has been received, subject to your statutory rights.

We may terminate the contract for material non-payment where permitted by applicable law.

7. Withdrawal / Right Of Cancellation For Consumers

Under EU consumer protection law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online.

The withdrawal period begins on the day after the contract is concluded. The statutory withdrawal right and the conditions governing its exercise are set out in the separate withdrawal information provided to you before or at the time of purchase.

7.1 Digital Content

Where you purchase self-paced digital training, you may request that we provide access to the digital content immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

If you expressly request immediate access, you acknowledge that we may begin providing the digital content before the withdrawal period has expired and that, once provision of the digital content has begun, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

Accordingly, once access to the digital training has been provided following your express request for immediate access and acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right, you are no longer entitled to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal in relation to that digital content.

8. Cancellation Outside The Statutory Withdrawal Period

Unless a separate cancellation right is expressly stated for the particular programme, a participant who purchases a programme and subsequently chooses not to participate is not entitled to a refund solely because they decide not to attend or discontinue participation.

This provision does not affect:

  • your statutory withdrawal rights;
  • statutory warranty or other mandatory consumer rights; or
  • any cancellation or refund rights expressly offered for the particular programme.

For the monthly membership, ordinary cancellation is governed by Section 6.4. A member may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current paid billing period. This membership cancellation arrangement is separate from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right described in Section 7.

9. Intellectual Property

All programme materials and online content provided by including videos, workbooks, exercises, audio recording, teaching materials and frameworks is the intellectual property Tertia Riegler or of the relevant rights holder.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the programme materials for your own personal purposes in connection with your participation in the programme.

  • reproduce or republish programme materials;
  • distribute them to third parties;
  • sell or commercially exploit them;
  • upload them to public or commercial platforms;

  • represent our materials or frameworks as your own.

11. Liability

We are responsible for providing the services in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

Where permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by your failure to follow reasonable instructions relating to your participation.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as widespread internet or technology failures, natural disasters, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, strikes, serious illness or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented or overcome.

Where such circumstances affect delivery of the programme, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or reschedule affected sessions.

These terms and conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by us

  • you materially breach these Terms;
  • you engage in serious or repeated disruptive or abusive behaviour;
  • you fail to make payments when due and fail to remedy the non-payment after being given a reasonable opportunity to do so; or
  • termination is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Where we terminate your participation, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

12.2 Termination by you

You may exercise any statutory withdrawal or other termination rights available to you under applicable law. Outside those rights, termination by you does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

13. Governing Law And Consumer Rights

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Austrian law, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to you in the country in which you are habitually resident.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions deprives a consumer of protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Where applicable, consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts that have jurisdiction under mandatory consumer protection rules.

14. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises in connection with these Terms & Conditions or our services, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly and in good faith.
